Our Mission
Wilm&a was founded by Laila Valterio through her desire to shift ‘the divide to conquer’ attitude towards leadership that has been setting women backwards - instead, fostering a community of diverse and supportive leaders who draw inspiration from each other.
wilm&a builds purposeful connections among its members formal a global squad of cheer-LEADERS lending their voices and authenticity for the benefit of all women around the world.
wilm&a is an online community of women at various stages of their leadership journey and from all around the globe willing to share their experiences and aspirations to help each other unleash their full potential and tackle gender equality.

Laila Valterio here, a global citizen in the making. I created and launched wilm&a after networking with amazing women in leadership from around the world and there was much support in building an online community of women at various stages of their leadership journey and from all around the globe. These women are the representation of leadership, mentorship and allyship, tackling gender equality and paying it forward to permanently change the narrative from women in leadership to leadership.
